At Sm00thieOnTheGo, we stand behind every portable blender and wellness accessory we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories included, and accompanied by your order confirmation.

- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Blenders
If your portable blender arrives damaged or stops working within 14 days of purchase, contact us immediately with photos and your order number — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Return
- Email squishyjellyjello@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
- Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
International Orders
For customers outside South Africa, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
